I am a fourth year PhD student in the Astrophysics group at DAMTP, University of Cambridge (my departmental profile is here). My supervisor is Dr Roman Rafikov. I am also a member of Emmanuel College, Cambridge. Before moving to Cambridge I was an undergraduate in Physics at Merton College, Oxford.

In September 2021 I will be joining the Institute for Advanced Study, Princeton as a postdoctoral member.

My research concerns the dynamics of galaxies, globular clusters, binary stars, and planetary systems; compact object mergers (LIGO/Virgo gravitational wave progenitors); and the kinetic theory of stellar systems and plasmas. Occasionally I write about physics on my blog.
